Please note: The pool is heated by the sun only; water temperature varies with weather. Hot tub heating is included in your rental

POOL
- Pool equipment: Please leave the pool vacuum and floating dispenser in the pool at all times. Do not touch the heater or filtration equipment inside the fenced area
- Pool light: Press Button #2 on the control panel, located on the post next to the hot tub

HOT TUB/SPA
To turn on
1. Locate the control panel on the post next to the hot tub
2. Open the outlet box and press Button #1 (SPA)
3. The light will glow solid red, then begin blinking red after about a minute as the jets and heater start running

To turn off: Press Button #1 (SPA) again

Good to know
- The spa is unheated upon arrival and typically takes 30–60 minutes to heat
- The light continues blinking until the spa reaches its preset temperature
- The spa automatically shuts off after 1 hour. Press SPA again to restart
- The temperature is preset to 100–102°F for safety
- Button #2 controls the pool light. Buttons #3 and #4 are not operational

BBQ GRILL & PROPANE GAS TANK
The Blackstone griddle is perfect for pancakes, eggs, stir-fries, & smash burgers. Running low on propane? An extra tank is in the cabinet below the outdoor wine rack

FIREPLACES & OPEN FLAMES
No fires or open flames permitted. For wildfire safety, the use of indoor or outdoor fireplaces, candles, and burning of any materials is strictly prohibited

QUIET HOURS & OUTDOOR MUSIC
Quiet hours are 9pm–8am. Please end outdoor activities by 9pm.
- Outdoor music and amplified sound are prohibited at all times. Keep indoor music inaudible at the property line.
- Violations may result in fines or eviction

OUTDOOR LIGHTING
- String lights: Use the switch near the kitchen sink (see photo). Please turn off when not in use
- Landscape lights and fountains automatically turn off at 10pm

UMBRELLAS
Open umbrellas only when needed. Always close them at night and during windy conditions. Please turn off any umbrella lights when not in use. Please refer to the video for operating instructions
