PERMIT REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES

  • Occupancy limited to registered adult guests (no day guests or visitors). With pre-approval service providers such as a Chef or Masseuse are allowed

  • No pets or animals

  • No events

  • No outdoor music ever or excessive noise at any time. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am

  • No fire hazards (no use of fireplaces, no smoking, no candles)

  • Up to 3 vehicles allowed

  • Property to be respected, left clean, and in the same general condition existed at check-in

NOISE ORDINANCE

  • Sonoma County imposes a strict noise ordinance on ALL vacation rentals

  • No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line

  • No noise at all is allowed outside between 9pm and 8am.

NOT INCLUDED OR AVAILABLE IN RENTAL

  • Pool heating

  • Extreme cooling or heating

  • Use of fireplaces. Fire hazards, candles, and smoking are strictly prohibited

  • Childproofing and child amenities of any kind

  • Early check-in, late checkout, or luggage drop-off
