PERMIT REGULATIONS & HOUSE RULES

  • Registered guests only: No visitors. Pre-approved service providers (such as a chef or massage therapist) are permitted

  • No outdoor music at any time, including music audible at the property line from indoors.

  • Quiet hours: 9PM–8AM. No outdoor noise during these hours

  • No pets or animals

  • No parties, events, or gatherings

  • No smoking, candles, fireplaces, or open flames

  • Maximum 3 vehicles

NOISE & QUIET HOURS

Sonoma County noise regulations apply to vacation rentals. Outdoor music and amplified sound are prohibited at all times. Indoor music must not be audible at the property line. No outdoor noise is permitted between 9pm and 8am.

Violations may result in fines and/or eviction.

NOT INCLUDED OR AVAILABLE IN YOUR RENTAL

  • Pool heating: The pool is heated by the sun only; water temperature varies with weather

  • Extreme heating or cooling: Thermostat settings are limited

  • Fireplace use: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are not permitted

  • Childproofing or child amenities: The property is not childproofed and does not provide child-specific amenities

  • Early check-in, late checkout, or luggage drop-off are not available
