ARRIVAL infoRMATION
ACCESS CODE
You will receive a unique, time-sensitive 4-digit access code prior to check-in. The code becomes active at 4:00 PM on your check-in day. Early check-in or luggage drop-off are not available.
DRIVEWAY GATES
To open the gates
Use the touchscreen keypad at the gate to enter your code, then press #.
To close the gates
Drive toward the house or parking area and the gates will close automatically.
To exit the property
Drive slowly toward either set of gates and they will open as you approach. The gates will close automatically after you pass through.
FRONT DOOR
To unlock door
Using the touchscreen keypad, press the Home icon and then enter your code.
To lock door
Press the Lock icon on the touchscreen keypad.
ALARM
You will see the alarm panel and might hear it beep upon entry. If it’s beeping, disarm the system by entering your code then press 1 (OFF button).
Always keep all doors closed. Lock house and activate alarm when away from the property.
