Upon arrival, enter your code on the keypad then press #

The gates will open automatically and close once you’ve entered.

For departure, drive slowly toward either set of gates—they will open as you approach and close after you pass through.

Note, the “call” button on the keypad is inactive. Please be sure to share the keypad code and instructions with your group, delivery drivers, and Uber/Lyft drivers to ensure they have access to the property.

FRONT DOOR
To unlock, press the Home icon and then enter your code on the keypad

To lock, press the Lock icon.

ALARM
You may hear an alert upon entry
To disarm the system, enter your your code then press 1 (OFF button)

For your comfort and security, please ensure all doors are locked and the alarm is activated when leaving the property.
